  • The possibility was studied on sharing of analysis method between the same type of X-ray fluorescence instruments. Based on the principle of Standardization, a standardized sample was used to calibrate data between the instruments. An X-ray fluorescence analysis method can be simply applied from one X-ray fluorescence spectrometry to another with the same precision and accuracy. The result indicated that this method is simple and applicable which save the human resource, cost and time to rebuilt the method in another instrument and realize the standardization of the measured method through network.
