Determination of Glyphosate in Drinking Water by Ion Chromatography
-
ABSTRACT
A method for determination of glyphosate in water by ion chromatography was established in this paper. After removed residual chlorine by adding ascorbic acid and filtrated by micropore filtrer membrance, the water samples were directly injected into IC. The separation was carried out on IonPac AS11-HC anion-exchange column and the eluent was 20 mmol/L KOH at flow rate of 1.00 mL/min. The injection volume was 100 μL. The linearity of the method is from 0 to 1.5 mg/L. The detection limit was 0.1 mg/L. The recoveries were from 95% to 106%, and RSD was from 5.08% to 7.09%. The experiments verified that the method was simple, sensitive, and accurate.
