Simultaneous Determination of Nb， Ta， Zr， Hf， Ce， Ga， Sc and U in Geological Samples by X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry

A X-ray fluorescence spectrometric method for the determination of Nb，Ta，Zr，Hf，Ce，Ga，Sc and U in geological samples with pressed pellet sample preparation technique has been developed. ZSX Primus Ⅱ instrument was used. The matrix effect was corrected by classic α coefficient method and internal standard method using scattered lines was used. The results were in agreement with certified values and reference values with precision of less than 10%RSD(n=12).
