Determination of Diffraction Intensity Ratios of Different Components in Phosphide Membranes by X-ray Powder Diffractometry

ABSTRACT
Total and section spectra scanning for component analysis in the metal plates and their phosphide covering membranes were carried out using X-ray powder diffractometry. Based on the confirmation of existence of the chemical phases of Zn2Fe(PO4)2·4H2O and Zn3(PO4)2·4H2O, the intensities of the Zn2Fe (PO4)2·4H2O phase (100) and Zn3(PO4)2·4H2O phase (020) were obtained and phosphorous ratios in phosphide covering membranes of the samples were calculated for phosphate ratio control in the process flow of the covering membrane production.
