Determination of Light-Heavy Rare Earth Elements in Minerals by X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry

  • 摘要: without Octupole Reaction System and the ICP-MS with ORSSHI Yan-zhi1, WANG Ying-feng1, HE Run-ju其含量转换为轻、重稀土的总量。方法已用于实际样品测定,结果与化学法相符,10次测定的相对标准偏差分别为:CeO2的RSD为1.43%,Y2O3的RSD为1.11%。
