电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法多向观测同时测定锑矿石中锑砷铜铅锌
Simultaneous Determination of Sb, As, Cu, Pb and Zn in Antimony Ores by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry with a Multi-Directional Observation Mode

摘要: 采用王水溶矿方法分解试样,在15%的王水介质中,建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定锑矿石中锑、砷、铜、铅和锌的方法。通过选择光谱干扰少的分析线,结合径向衰减或径向观测方式,可减小样品稀释倍数,准确测量高含量的锑、砷;结合轴向观测方式,可准确测量低含量的铜、铅、锌。方法的检出限为:锑5.0 μg/g,砷 5.0 μg/g,铜0.5 μg/g,铅 1.0 μg/g,锌0.5 μg/g。建立的方法改善了测定的准确度,相对标准偏差(RSD, n=12)小于2.8%,方法回收率为97.5%~102.5%。建立的方法经锑矿石国家一级标准物质验证,测定结果与标准值吻合,具有测定含量范围宽、分析简便快速、结果准确等优点。Abstract: A new analytical method which could simultaneously determine Sb, As, Cu, Pb and Zn in antimony ores by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP-AES) with a multi-directional observation mode is reported in this paper. The samples were digested with aqua regia and the final sample solution was in a 15% aqua regia medium. The detection limits and the analytical precision for the target elements were remarkably improved by carefully choosing the spectral lines and using a multi-directional viewing mode for observation. The dilution factor was reduced by this method which improved the analytical precision for the target minor elements such as Sb and As. The detection limits of the method were 5.0 μg/g for Sb, 5.0 μg/g for As, 0.5 μg/g for Cu, 1.0 μg/g for Pb and 0.5 μg/g for Zn. The recoveries for the elements ranged from 97.5% to 102.5% with the relative standard deviations (RSD, n=12) less than 2.8%. The method has been verified to determine the National Standard Reference Materials and the results were in agreement with certified values. These results show that the method has higher sensitivity and a lower detection limit. The method is simple, rapid and accurate to meet the analytical requirement for determination of the Sb, As, Cu, Pb and Zn in antimony ore samples.
