泡沫塑料富集-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定土壤中超痕量金铂钯
Determination of Ultra-Trace Au, Pt and Pd in Topsoil Samples by Foam Plastics Enrichment-Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry

摘要: 样品采用王水溶解,二氯化锡还原,泡沫塑料富集,用Re作内标,电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定土壤中超痕量金、铂、钯。在盐酸-二氯化锡体系中,盐酸酸度为15%,二氯化锡浓度为45 g/L,吸附时间30 min时吸附效果明显,吸附温度为25℃时吸附率相对稳定。方法检出限Au为0.21 ng/g,Pt为0.18 ng/g,Pd为0.16 ng/g,方法加标回收率Au为91.3%~97.8%,Pt为92.0%~96.7%,Pd为96.0%~101.6%。该方法用于测定国家一级标准物质,线性范围宽、重现性好,结果准确可靠,样品处理简便、快速。Abstract: The samples were dissolved by aqua regia, reduced by SnCl2 and absorbed by the foam plastics. The ultra-trace Au, Pt and Pd in topsoil samples had been simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with Re as internal standard. The adsorption efficiency was stable under the conditions of 15% HCl, 45 g/L SnCl2 and absorption time of 30 minutes at 25℃. The detection limits of Au, Pt and Pd were 0.21 ng/g, 0.18 ng/g and 0.16 ng/g, respectively. The recovery coefficients of Au, Pt and Pd were 93.3%-97.6%, 92.5%-102.5% and 91.0%-98.4%, respectively. This method was verified by the analysis of the national standard samples with accurate and reliable results. This method has the advantages of simple operation, rapid analysis, wide linear range and reproducibility.
