Determination of Zinc in Geological Samples by Steam Generation- Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry with Alkaline System

  • 摘要: 研究了原子荧光光谱法测定锌的新体系,针对基体较为复杂的样品,建立了碱性体系-蒸汽发生-原子荧光光谱测锌的方法。优化了碱性体系锌蒸汽发生的实验条件及仪器测定的参数,加入镍离子作增敏剂,增强了荧光信号,方法检出限为0.24 μg/L,精密度低(小于4.0%,n=6),锌的标准曲线线性范围为0.5~800.0 μg/L。与传统的酸性体系相比,碱性体系具有更高的灵敏度和更宽的线性范围,并且可以大幅度降低共存元素的干扰。方法应用于国家一级标准物质中锌的分析,测定值与标准值基本吻合,加标回收率为94.1%~1 01.2%。
