电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定岩石样品中的锆铌铪钽两种预处理方法的比较

Comparison of Two Different Sample Pretreatment Methods in Determination of Zr, Nb, Hf, Ta in Rocks by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 研究了微波消解酸溶和过氧化钠碱熔两种测定岩石样品中锆、铌、铪、钽前处理方法,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行测定。对所选用不同种类的岩石国家标准物质样品进行了条件实验,结果表明:采用过氧化钠碱熔法处理岩石样品后, 锆、铌、铪、钽的测量值准确度高,且相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)小于6%,该方法更适用于岩石样品中锆、铌、铪、钽的测定。

     

    Abstract: Two different sample pretreatment methods—Na2O2fusion method and microwave digestion method were compared in determination of Zr, Nb, Hf, Ta in rocks by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry. Various National Standard Reference rock samples were analyzed using the two sample pretreatment methods. The results indicate that Na2O2fusion method provides higher accuracy and precision (<6%RSD,n=10) than microwave digestion method and is suitable for the determination of Zr, Nb, Hf, Ta in rock samples.
