Abstract:
The conditions and universal properties of hydride generation and its application in analysis and detection field are discussed in this paper. The discussion includes the sample decomposition, separation and enrichment for hydride generation elements and the application of hydride generation technique in volumetric analysis, colorimetric analysis, atomic; fluorescence spectrometric analysis, atomic absorption spectrometric analysis, inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometric analysis and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometric analysis.
