硫酸亚铁铵滴定法快速测定铬铁矿中铬

Rapid Determination of Chromium in Chromite Samples by Titrimetry with Ammonium Ferrous Sulfate

  • 摘要: 对硫酸亚铁铵滴定法快速测定铬铁矿中铬的各项因素进行了考察。选择过氧化钠和氢氧化钠混合熔剂分解样品,氧化酸度为0.5mol/L硫酸,200g/L过硫酸铵溶液对铬有较好的氧化效果,20g/L硝酸银溶液单杯加入量为5mL取得较好的催化效果,采用50g/L氯化钠可消除干扰。方法简便、快速,用于实际样品的测定,结果与推荐值相符,相对标准偏差(RSD,12=5)为0.18%~0.23%。

     

    Abstract: A method for the rapid determination of chromium in chromite samples by titrimetry with ammonium ferrous sulfate is reported in this paper. The factors influencing the determination of chromium were studied. Mixed flux of Na2O2-NaOH was used for sample decomposition. It has a better oxidation effect on chromium with 200 g/L ammonium persulphate in 0.5 mol/L sulfuric acid oxidation system and 5 mL of 20 g/L AgNO3 provided a better catalytic effect. 50 g/L NaCl could be used to eliminate the interference. The method has been applied to the determination of chromium in practical samples and the results are in agreementwith recommended values with precision of 0.18%~0.23%RSD(n=5). The method provides the advantages of simpility, high efficiency and reliability.
