Abstract: Soil salinization is not only an ecological problem but also a matter concerning resource development and utilization. The investigation of soil salinization is the precondition to make good use of soil. Using radial base function (RBF) artificial neural network and multi-source remote sensing imagery, the status of soil salinization in an area of north china is studied with satisfactory results.
