大口径毛细管柱气相色谱法测定水中15种有机磷农药

Determination of Organophosphorous Pesticide Residues in Water Samples by Large-bore Capillary Column-Gas Chromatography with Flame Photometric Detector

  • 摘要: 以大口径毛细管柱为分析柱,火焰光度检测器检测,对气相色谱测定条件和样品前处理条件进行了优化,选择氢气流量为87mL/min,柱前压为6.28×105Pa,乙腈作为萃取溶剂,建立了大口径毛细管柱气相色谱法测定水中15种有机磷农药的分析方法。方法检出限为0.0077~0.1350μg/L,精密度为2.2%~9.3%(RSD,n=10),线性相关系数除氧化乐果外其余组分均达0.99以上。该方法可用于水中多种有机磷农药的快速分析。

     

    Abstract: A method for the determination of 15 organophosphorous pesticide residues in water samples by gas chromatography (GC) with largebore capillary column and equipped with flame photometric detector (FPD) was developed. The parameters of the GC determination were optimized and the factors which influence the determination results were discussed. The detection limits of this method for different substances are 0.0077~0.1350 μg/L with precision of 2.2%~9.3%RSD(n=10). The correlation coefficients for all pesticides (except for omethoate) are better than 0.99. This method is suitable for the determination of organophosphorous pesticides in water amples ith the advantages of rapidity, simplicity, high sensitivity and accuracy.
