  • 摘要: 介绍了高分辨率、高灵敏度离子微探针质谱计(SHRIMP)锆石原位微区年龄测定中标准锆石的作用、测定方式、数据处理时产生系统偏差的原因及避免系统偏差的办法。以两组实际测定数据处理阐明标准锆石分段校正的可行性和有效性。
