摘要: 通过实验，介绍如何设计X荧光光谱仪中测角仪检测器的非自动高压校正的方法。Abstract: Through a series of experiments, methods for design of non auto high voltage calibration of the goniometer detector of ARL 8680 X ray fluorescence spectrometer were proposed.
