标准化测量方法在XRF分析中的作用和意义：Ⅱ.在不同制样条件中的应用

摘要: 本文利用标准化测量方法的校准作用,可将一种制样条件下形成的校正曲线在不同种制样条件的样品测定中使用,其结果进一步补充证明了标准化测量方法在XRF分析中的作用。

Abstract: Experiments showed that, when standardized measuring method is applied, one calibration method can be used to determine samples prepared in different ways. It is proved that the standardized measuring method plays the role of simplification in XRFA.
